Payment
Payment for special orders is accepted via PayPal. Projects will begin one day after payment is received and will be completed within 10 days.
Shipping
Once completed, items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. A confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to let you know your order has shipped. Please allow 2-3 business days for delivery. Buyers located in Boston have a hand-delivery option.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied within one week after receiving your purchase, a refund will be issued through Paypal. This excludes the shipping charge. The buyer must ship back at own expense.

I was an outdoor event in Boston the second weekend in September and I saw the cutest knit computer bag that was brown with a patch of buttons on the side of it. I was not sure it would fit my computer and was wondering if you could replicate it for the size of my computer. Please let me know!
